Front Foot Elevated DB Split Squat @2020 Tempo; 8 reps per leg
Rest 1 minute
Supinated Bent Over Barbell Row @20X1 Tempo; 8-10 reps
Rest 1 minute
Side Plank Rotation – 8-10/side; slow and controlled
Rest 1 minute
