Good Stress, Bad Stress – Precision Nutrition


Clean Deadlift + Hang Clean + Push Jerk

1 set every 90 seconds for 8 sets

Focus on good pull positions, strong catch, and resetting for the push jerk. Build across the sets if it is feeling good.

    (rower doesn’t track distance right, so I just rowed for 5:23 [made for easier timing for the 2nd rd])
