Back Squat @33X1 Tempo

2 – 2 – 2 – 2 – 2

Build per set to a heavy double for the day.

Post loads to comments.

6 sets:

3 thrusters, tough but unbroken
rest 20 seconds
200m run
rest 1 minute

Pick a challenging weight for the thrusters. Try to push the run each time.

Post load used as well as fastest/slowest round.
