Split Jerk | WOD 8.29.18


This weekend we are having the gym painted. Saturday classes will be as usual. Sunday open gym and yoga are canceled. All classes on Labor Day Monday will be canceled.

Please remove any personal items from the cubbies this week. Anything left on Saturday will be donated.

Split Jerk

Take 12 minutes to build to a heavy single for the day.

If you are newer to the split jerk, keep this lighter today and focus on good technique –– footwork, receiving position, and recovery from the split.
