Please look through the lost and found box at the front of the gym for any items you may have left in the cubbies. This weekend we will be donating any items not claimed.

Wodify

In the next few weeks, we’ll be implementing  Wodify, a digital whiteboard system that’s going to make your fitness experience that much better. You may have received an email from them asking you to fill out a waiver. Be sure you do so in order to make the transition a little smoother. More details to come!

  2. 75# multiple times to work on form
    1:51, 1:50, 1:45, 2:04

  3. 95# complex (power snatched 100#, couldn’t get the hang snatch)
