800m Run (relay)
50 Pull-Ups
100 Push Presses, 95/65lbs
150 Alternating Reverse Lunges with a Kettlebell in Goblet Hold, 24/16 kg
100 Push Presses, 95/65lbs
50 Pull-Ups
800m Run (relay)

With a partner, complete this chipper by breaking up the work anyhow. Scale the pull-ups to jumping chest to bar pull-ups, scale the load on the push press and goblet reverse lunges.
