Handstand Walk

Take 12 minutes to practice this skill.

Take a look at this video to get some advice on where to start. Use this time to get comfortable being inverted and moving toward the goal of walking on your hands.


In teams of two, with only one partner working at a time, alternate full rounds to complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:

250/200m Row
10 Jump Overs, 24/20″
