12 Hang Power Cleans, 115/75lbs
9 Handstand Push-ups

Scale the doubles to 25 attempts or 150 single unders. Scale the load on the HPC. Scale the ROM on the HSPU up to two abmats; perform box piked HSPU or regular push-ups.
