Against a three-minute running clock, complete as many rounds and reps as possible of:

5 pull-ups
10 Push-Ups
15 Air Squats

Repeat for a total of five sets, resting 1 minute between sets. Pick up each set where you left off on the previous round. Score is total rounds + reps completed.
