Hang Power Snatch

On the pull, pause at the knee for 2 seconds, then pause in the receiving position for 2 seconds.

Take 15 minutes to build to something heavy but focusing more on positions and speed.

Rest 5 minutes

400m Farmers Walk, 70/55# per hand
