Rope Climb

Level 1

Learn how to safely and efficiently wrap your feet and climb the rope. Once you can properly secure your feet, climbing the rope becomes a relatively easy task!

Level 2

5 Rounds Not for Time:

2-3 Rope Climbs

100m Jog

Wear long socks or long pants if you have them!

Metcon (Time)

4 rounds for total time:

40 Double-Unders

15 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups

200m run

Rest 3 Minutes between rounds. Score total time at the end of the 4th round.

Scale CTB to chin over bar pull-ups or jumping pull-ups.
