Handstand and Handstand Walk Practice

Take 12-15 minutes trying to get comfortable being inverted and moving toward the goal of walking on your hands.

Metcon (6 Rounds for reps)

EMOM for 18 minutes:

A) 12-15 Wallball shots, 20#, 10’/14#, 9′

B) 12/9 cal Row

C) 10 Box Jumps, 24/20″
