Metcon (3 Rounds for reps)

EMOM for 18 minutes:

A) 3 Strict Ring Muscle-Ups

B) 15 Russian Kettlebell Swings, heavy

C) 30 Double-Unders
Scale the Muscle-Ups to 3 Strict Pull-ups + 6 Push-ups.
