In teams of two,
AMRAP in 16 minutes of:
40 Double Unders
12 Toes to Bar
8 Burpee Box Jumps
One partner working at a time, partners will alternate movements. Partner A will do 40 DU, partner B will to 12 TTB, Partner A will do 8 BBJ, Partner B will do 40 DU and so on until time is called.
Scale the double unders to 20 attempts or 80 single unders. Scale the TTB to hanging leg or knee raises as needed.
