Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
In teams of two, alternating movements throughout, complete AMRAP in 20 minutes of:
15/10 cal Row
10 Burpee Box Jump Overs, 24/20″
12 DB Snatch, 50/35lbs
One partner working at a time, Partner A will start with the row, then Partner B will perform the 10 BBJO, Partner A does the DB Snatch, followed by Partner B starting back at the row…and so on.
