Teams of 2 complete 100 reps of the following complex for time. Partner A starts on the barbell complex while Parnter B runs 400m. Once Partner B is back, she will complete as many rounds of the complex as possible while Partner A runs 400m. Partners will trade off in this manner until they have completed the complex 100 times. The barbell weight is 95/65lbs and cannot rest on the ground at any point during the workout.
