Same weight for all work sets. Last two reps of each set should be tough but moving well.

We will do 8s next week as well, so leave a little room to move it up.

15 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups

10 Strict Handstand Push-Ups
Scale the ROM in the HSPU up to two abmats.
