Take 15 minutes to build to a tough touch and go triple for the day. If you are newer to the lift, focus on three perfect reps rather than working on touch and go technique.
15-12-9-6-3 reps for time of:
Power Clean, 135/95lbs
Strict Handstand Push-Ups
Scale volume or ROM up to two abmats for the strict HSPU or perform regular push-ups.
