AMRAP in 3 minutes:
50 Air Squats
40 Abmat Sit-Ups
30 Push-Ups
20 Pull-Ups
Rest 3 minutes between sets. Resume the next set where you finished the previous set. Your score will be the total number of rounds + reps you completed at the end of the 5th set.
