High-Hang Snatch (2 reps EMOM for 4 minutes)

Hang Snatch (2 reps EMOM for 4 minutes)

Snatch (2 reps EMOM for 4 minutes)

With a continuously running clock, perform 2 reps every minute on the minute for 12 minutes. Minutes 1-4 will be from the high hang (hip) position, minutes 5-8 will be from the hang (knee) position, and minutes 9-12 will be from the floor. All snatches should be full (squat) as long as mobility allows.
