Metcon (Time)
In teams of three, one person working at a time, complete two rounds for time of:
200m Run (each)
100 Power Snatches, 75/55lbs
200m Run
100 Box Jump Overs, 24/20″
200m Run
100 Shoulder to Overhead, 95/65lbs
30 Minute Time Cap
Each teammate will run 200m individually, relay style. Break up the reps however desired between teammates, one person working at time. Spicy surprise to be revealed before the workout 🙂
