AMRAP in 25 minutes of:
10 Single Arm Dumbbell Hang Power Clean and Jerks (5/arm), 50/35lbs
10 Goblet Squats, 50/35lbs
200m run
One partner working at a time, trading off complete rounds. For the DB HPC&J, perform five reps on one arm, then five reps on the other arm. Use the same DB for the Goblet Squats.
