Build to a heavy double for the day. Use spotters as necessary.

B: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

AMRAP in 4 minutes of:

10 Push Press, 115/75lbs

10 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups
Rest until the clock reaches 8 minutes, then…

C: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

AMRAP in 4 minutes of:

10 Ring Dips

10 Burpees
