Teams of two, alternating movements, complete AMRAP in 20 minutes of:

250m Run

12 Thrusters, 95/65lbs

12 Toes to Bar

Partner A runs 250m, partner B does 12 thrusters, partner A does 12 TTB, partner B runs 250m, continuing in this order until the clock reaches 20 minutes.
