Same weight across all work sets. Try to go slightly heavier than last week.

Metcon (3 Rounds for time)

3 sets, each for time:

10 CTB Pull-ups

10 Thrusters

50 Double Unders

Rest 2 minutes between sets

Thruster weight increases per round as follows:

Women: 65-80-95lbs

Men: 95-115-135lbs
