Same weight across all work sets. Try to go heavier than last week.

4 sets not for time:

50m Single Arm Farmers Carry, each arm

45-60 second Weighted Forearm Plank

8-10 Single Arm DB Press, each arm

40-50 Double Unders
Try to go as heavy as form will allow on the Farmer’s Carries and DB Presses.
