Front Squat (5 – 5 – 5 @22X1 tempo)

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

3 sets:

AMRAP in 4 minutes of:

5 Strict Pull-Ups

10 Push-ups

15 Sit-Ups

20 Air Squats

Rest 2 minutes between sets. Pick up each set where you left off at the end of the previous set.

Score will be total number of rounds + reps across all three sets.
