In teams of two for 20 minutes. Partner A runs 250m while partner B does the following AMRAP.
10 Overhead Squats, 115/75lbs
10 Burpee Box Jump Overs, 24/20″
10 Toes to bar
Once Partner A completes the run, partner A will take over where partner B was in the AMRAP. Score is total rounds of the AMRAP.
