Weighted Pull-ups (5 – 5 – 5)

Pronated grip (palms away). Build to a heavy set of five for the day.

If your pull-ups are still a work in progress, do strict pull-ups in sets of 3-5 reps or add the thinnest band possible to get through a 5-rep set.

Metcon (2 Rounds for time)

5 sets:

Row 350/300m

Rest 3-4 minutes between sets.

Record fastest and slowest rounds.
