Metcon (3 Rounds for reps)

AMRAP in 3 minutes:

1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9… adding one rep each round until time is called.

Strict HSPU

Power Clean, 135/95lbs

Rest 3 minutes

Perform this AMRAP for 3 sets, starting each set back at 1.

Modify the ROM on the sHSPU up to two abmats or perform strict DB Presses. Scale the load on the PC as necessary.
