Summer Things

Hello everyone – few summer updates for you. Hope you are enjoying the heat!

July 12th @ 6PM – Summer Potluck

Join us Friday, July 12th for some food & fun with your CrossFit family! This is a potluck, so please bring a dish to share and BYOB/BYOM. We’ll start around 6pm, but don’t worry 5:45ers, we’ll save some of the food and fun for you for when you get done with your WOD! Feel free to bring friends and family. Hope to see you there! P.S. Beer & Wine encouraged!!!!

August 9th – WOD n WINE (ladies only)

WOD n Wine is back! Join us for a fun, social night for ladies only on Friday, August 9th at 5:45pm. (This will be in place of the normal Friday 5:45 WOD.) This class is open to all women, so please invite your friends, sister, neighbor, co-workers, etc!

We ask that you bring a bottle of wine (or beer) to share/contribute if you will be partaking, and an appetizer to share. We will have a great time wine tasting and socializing after the workout!

Gym Chalk & Bay Doors

Please, do not leave chalk spills or sweat on the floor. Not only is it gross and unsanitary, it also makes it very difficult to keep the gym floor clean. If you make a mess, clean it up.

Please DO NOT open the bay doors while the AC is on. If you want to open bay doors, that is fine, but the AC must be turned off.

Cheating Reps

The training staff has started to notice more folks shorting reps in workouts. We understand that it’s hard to count sometimes, but consistent rep shorting is considered cheating and has never been OK. Please do not cheat reps as it’s not respectful to your performance or others in the gym that are doing the full workout, especially if you are claiming “RX”
