Power Clean + Push Jerk (1 set EMOM for 12 minutes)

Start at a moderate weight, building in weight if it feels good. As always, bias good positions over weight on the bar.

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

AMRAP in 6 minutes of:

10 Burpees

10 Shoulder to Overhead, 95/65lbs
