Back Squat (10 – 10 – 10)

Build per set to a heavy 10 for the day. Focus on good positions throughout these higher rep sets.

Metcon (Time)

Three rounds for time:

20 Pull-ups

40 Russian Kettlebell Swings, 32/24kg
Modify the pull-ups by adjusting the volume as necessary or performing jumping pull-ups. For the KBS, scale the load as appropriate for the reps.
