Split Jerk (3 – 3 – 3)

Build per set to a tough triple for the day. If you are newer to this lift, or if you need more technique work, focus on good footwork and mechanics rather than load on the bar.

15 push jerks, 95/65lbs

15 box jumps, 24/20″
Rest 4 minutes
