In teams of two, one person working at a time complete AMRAP in 25 minutes of:
10 Hang Power Cleans, 115/75lbs
15 Wall Ball, 20/14# 10/9′ target
20 Abmat Sit-ups
Partners alternate movements as follows: A does 10 HPC, B does 10 HPC, A does 15 WB, B does 15 WB and so on until a round is complete.
