Build to something heavy but with a focus on good mechanics.

Metcon (2 Rounds for reps)

2 sets, 6 minutes on/2 minutes off:

6 Deadlifts, 185/125lbs

9 Box Jumps, 24/20″

12 Wall Balls, 20/14# 10/9′ target
