Metcon (Time)

In teams of two, complete the following for time:

100 Toes to Bar

200 Push-ups

300 calorie Row

One partner will be rowing while the other partner works through the TTB and Push-ups. The TTB and Push-ups may be partitioned anyhow (e.g. 10 TTB, 20 Push-ups). Partners will switch whenever throughout the workout to complete the work.

If teams finish the TTB and Push-ups before the 300 calories rowed, partners may take turns rowing until the 300 calories are completed.
