In teams of two, alternating full minutes.

Top of every minute for 6 minutes:

3 burpees + max calorie row

Top of every minute for 6 minutes:

5 TTB + max calorie row

directly into…

Top of every minute for 6 minutes:

7 dips (or 7 push-ups) + max calorie row

Each 6-minute period will flow directly into the next. Score will be total calories rowed between partners at the end of the 18 minutes.
