Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
Teams of two.
AMRAP in 20 minutes:
5 Handstand Push-ups
10 Pull-ups
15 Kettlebell Swings, 24/16kg
100m Run
Partner A starts, as soon as she/he is done with the HSPU, partner B can start the HSPU as partner A moves on to the pull-ups. Partner B cannot start the pull-ups until A has finished and moved on to the KBS, and so on throughout the workout.
Partner A cannot start the HSPU until partner B is back from the run.
