Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
AMRAP in 20 minutes:
200m Run
15 DB Burpees
10 CTB Pull-ups
15 DB Push Press
20 Sit-ups
Partners alternate movements. So Partner A Runs 200m > Partner B does 15 DB Burpees> Partner A does 10 CTB Pull-ups > Partner B does 15 DB Push Press > Partner A does 20 Sit-ups, then Partner B starts off the next round with the run.
Modify the CTB Pull-ups to chin over bar pull-ups or jumping pull-ups. Pick a challenging load on the DBs that allows you and your partner to keep moving throughout.
