30 Toes to Bar

30 Thrusters, 95/65lbs

After two rounds, 600m Run

Then…

2 rounds:

30 Toes to Bar

30 Thrusters, 115/80lbs

After two rounds, 600m Run

Then…

2 Rounds:

30 Burpees over the Bar

30 Toes to Bar

30 Thrusters, 135/95lbs

600m Run
