Set 3: 80% of 1RM C&J

S3: Back Squats (3 x 3 x 3 x 3 x 3 x 3 x3 x 3 x 3 x 3)

85% of 1RM back squats across all sets

A1: Barbell Good Mornings (10 x 10 x 10)

No more than 30% of 1RM back squat across all sets

A2: Back Squats Jumps (5 x 5 x 5)

No more than 30% of 1RM back squats across all sets
