Take 10 minutes to build to a moderate double power clean and jerk.

Metcon (4 Rounds for time)

Every 5 minutes for 4 sets:

15 Burpees

12 Deadlift, 155/105lbs

9 Hang Power Clean, 155/105lbs

6 Push Jerk, 155/105lbs
