10 Chest to Bar Pull-ups
150m Row
Rest 5 minutes
AMRAP in 10 minutes:
10 Slamball
10 Burpees
With each 10-min AMRAP, partners B will follow partner A through the workout. Partner A can move on to the next movement once partner B has completed the required reps/meters.
For example:
Partner A: 10 CTB Pull-ups
Partner B: 10 CTB Pull-ups
Partner A: 150m Row
Partner B: 150m Row
etc.
