4 sets:

10 Supinated Grip Barbell Bent Over Rows

5 Negative Floor Levers

30 second Wall Facing Handstand Hold

Rest as needed between movements and sets.

Metcon (2 Rounds for distance)

Tabata Row for Meters

8 sets: 20 seconds work/10 seconds rest

Each round should be an all out effort. Score will be best and worst round.
