Back Squat (3 x 5 @30X1 tempo)

Same weight across all work sets. Try to go slightly heavier than last week.

Metcon (5 Rounds for time)

Every 3 minutes for 5 sets:

20 Russian Kettlebell Swings, 32/24kg

15 Goblet Squats, 32/24kg

10 Burpees
