Metcon (7 Rounds for time)

Every 3 min for 7 sets

6 Strict Handstand Push-ups

6 Strict Pull-ups

12 Kettlebell Swings, 32/24kg

-Aim to be consistent with times across all seven rounds.

-Modify volume of HSPU or Pull-ups as necessary to allow for consistent efforts

-Scale HSPU up to two AbMats, perform Box Pike HSPU or sub 2x Push-ups.

-Scale Pull-ups to banded pull-ups or challenging ring rows.
