Build per set to a heavy five for the day.

Use spotters.

20 Goblet Squats, 32/24kg

20 Push-ups

20 Russian KBS, 32/24kg

20 DB Push Press, 50/35lbs

20 Alternating DB Reverse Lunges, 50/35lbs

20 Burpees
