30 second Handstand Hold

5 Weighted Pull-ups

10/side Rotational Medicine Ball Tosses

Play around with freestanding, wall facing, and wall supported handstand holds.

For the weighted pull-ups, perform strict pull-ups or use a band to provide the least assistance possible to work through a set of five reps.
