20 Bar Muscle-Ups

400m Run (together)

15 Clean & Jerks, 185/125lbs

15 Bar Muscle-Ups

400m Run (together)

10 Clean & Jerks, 185/125lbs

10 Bar Muscle-Ups

400m Run (together)
Partners will run together; then, one partner working at a time, split the C&J and BMU between each other however desired.

Scale load on the barbell as necessary.

Scaling options for Bar Muscle-Ups:

Jumping Bar Muscle-Ups (make these challenging by adjusting bar/box height)

2x Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups

2x Jumping Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups
